Mugaritz, Fäviken, RyuGin are only some of the mythical restaurants the culinary maestro started to hone his craft at, before leading fine dining kitchens all over the world including Mexico City, Dubai, Berlin and Hong Kong.
XANDER
Completing the team is the producer behind the show. Throughout the last decade he’s established himself as one of the top directors of food commercials worldide, helming projects for some of the largest global brands.
